Sweet N Sassy birthday party
This cake was made for a little girl that was celebrating her birthday at Sweet N Sassy! They sent me a few ideas and I tried to incorporate as many of them as I possibly could on the cake. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. Fondant and gumpaste accents, including the edible tiara.
Pirate theme birthday party!
This was made for a boy in my neighborhood. He was having a pirate theme, swim party for his birthday. Everything is edible and toppers are made from krispy treats and fondant.
Sponge Bob cake
Well....basically the title speaks for itself! This Birthday Boy loves Sponge Bob and really wanted this for the theme of his Birthday. The family requested a plainly decorated cake with Sponge Bob toppers. The cake is vanilla with butter cream frosting. The toppers are made from krispy treats and fondant. All edible :)
Baby Shower cake
This baby shower cake was made to match an invitation for the baby shower. Unfortunately, the hostess didn't have a copy of the invite to share with me for the photo...so you will just have to take my word for it!

Luau Themed end of year party!
Made these cakes for a wonderful preschool in the area. They had a luau theme end-of-the-year party. This was split into two different celebrations. I basically made the same cake, twice. There are a few changes between each cake, but subtle. These were made to match the school decor and colors for the party.
Puppy in a purse
This cake was made for a little girl who decided on the design. This was my first attempt at sculpting a puppy - another great experience. I guess I am task driven, as I find it is the best way for me to learn ;)
Muffins for Mom...
Made these for a wonderful, local preschool. This was for Mother's day tea with mom and kids! The theme was a 50's diner theme.

Make up Cake!
Made this for a birthday party - unfortunately, the party ended up being outdoors and it was over 90 degrees. Used home made fondant and needless to say, after a half hour in humidity and heat this started to melt and ended up a little lopsided...looked like a topsy turvy cake - Lesson learned :)
